 Celebrity stag to take a Majorca holiday |

| Coronation Street star Alan Halsall is reportedly preparing for fun in the sun when he and his pals jet off to Majorca. The actor, who plays car mechanic Tyrone Dobbs, has picked the sun-kissed island as the place to hold his stag party with 25 of his closest friends, the Manchester Evening News relayed. A whole host of celebrities will be joining him as he celebrates his forthcoming nuptials to former co-star Lucy-Jo Hudson. Cast members Andy Whyment, Steven Arnold, Michael Le Vell and Ryan Thomas - who star as Kirk Sutherland, Ashley Peacock, Kevin Webster and Jason Grimshaw, will be among those packing the plane to Palma, according to the publication. Those who are swapping the cobbles of Weatherfield for the beaches of Majorca are following the footsteps of other famous soap stars. Anyone in the know about Majorca may be aware that earlier this year Steve McFadden of Eastenders left Albert Square to appear in the gala charity performance of Pirates Adventure, while Street actress Sue Clever (Eileen Grimshaw) also topped up her tan and took part.  |
